A wonderful stay with Pantai Indah. The private pool is so clean and our kids enjoyed very much! The beach view is nice and the sea is clean, the staff there are friendly and helpful. Breakfast on weekdays are not much choice but delicious. We sure book our next stay with Pantai Indah soon!

週一早餐很豐富味道也挺好的，如果點早餐有給圖片參考的話會更方便。房間內的傢俱都看起來比想象中的新，也打掃的很乾凈。用WhatsApp聯繫回覆很快，服務無可挑剔。總體體驗比預期的好很多。

개인 빌라에 있는 수영장 덕분에 까맣게 탈 때까지 올 수 있었어요. 손님들이 많지 않아 조용하고 한적한 휴가를 보낼 수 있었고, 직원들이 너어무 친절하고 로컬음식이 최고로 맛있어요! Lagoi bay로 이동도 도와주시는데 그랩보다 저렴한 가격으로 이용 가능해요. 생일 전 날 체크인했는데 HAPPY BRITHDAY 침대 데코도 이쁘게 만들어 주셨어요😁

The villa (especially the bathroom!!) was clean and above our expectation! Everything was working fine, and we were very well covered throughout the 訂房網站! We communicated with the very friendly and helpful staff through their WhatsApp to request for buggy ride, extra towel, housekeeping, whatever you want, and they responded very fast. Legenda Cafe provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had our breakfast there, and for weekdays breakfast, they do semi buffet where there is a small spread of food, and you can also order dishes from the menu. On weekends, they do full buffet breakfast. Food is good, mostly local food which is awesome. We did not see any minimarts within the resort, but the resort does provide transport to travel around Bintan. For instance, RP100k for two-way transport to Lagoi Bay. Private beach is only a few steps away from the cafe, and also walkable from our villa. Sand is super clean and very well maintained! Just note that since we are in nature, there are bound to be bugs / insects, so bring mosquito patches / sprays. We will definitely come back here again next time with family!!

Quiet and peaceful place. Room is very spacious and clean. Bathroom is exceptionally impressive! Cosy for families, great place for short getaway. Not many activities to choose from - archery / kayaking / ATV.. But they do have 4hr / 6hr day tours. Food wise - quality is ok; not many options.. as there's one and only Legenda Cafe. We had BBQ cooked by a chef by the beach and the experience was good - Can't have such an experience in Sg 😂 Breakfast was fantastic on Sunday morning - wide spread with Nasi Lemak (very yummy esp with the spicy sambal) / Fried Noodles / Congee / Egg station / Hashbrowns / Sausages / Jamu juice / cakes and fruits etc.. But disappointing on Monday morning - spread is limited, but we can order from the menu - food only came after more than 30mins. Room for improvement on that - especially when there's limited time for breakfast, food should be served fast; if not then just stick to buffet style. Overall, service is good. Spa massage and body scrub is ok too. Will visit again!

Loved the location as it was away from everywhere. A nice resort with lots of privacy. There wasn't much to do and it was a good getaway if you juz need that time to chill and read a book. Loved the generous use of space but wished that they labelled which is the shampoo and which is the bath gel in the bathroom. Yes there were flies when there's food, spotted a small cockroach and ants too, but oh well, that's life. The food wasn't fantastic and so it is a good time to eat lesser :)

The villa was beautiful, even better than the pictures. However, cleanliness was slightly lacking, we had sand on our toilet floor even though we did not go to the beach. Service was pretty good, quick and fast response to queries, staff were all pretty friendly as well. Three things that could be improved were management of flies, the environment (temperature, humidity) of their restaurant, as well as the breakfast selection. Whenever we had a meal in the restaurant, there were a myraid of flies flying around us and our meal, which was certainly less than appealing. The restaurant was also warm and humid. Lastly, breakfast selection were subpar at best, taste wise was average. Overall, okay stay, would consider coming back for the villa but would skip anything food and restaurant related. Side note: if you are afraid of bugs, the toilet is a huge downside to this villa as its open concept, which means bugs would be present in the toilet (there was a small worm on the toilet paper).

We had a wonderful time at Pantai Indah, staying in the beautiful villa with the pool. My family especially enjoyed the pool, and my daughter loved it very much. Thambi Mama went all the way to Toa to make our celebration special. We also appreciated the beautiful birthday decor and the cake for my daughter’s 16th birthday.
